Do I need an account to place an order?
"No! You can also place an order as a guest, but there are some benefits if you open an account with us! Streamline the payment process, easily view your order status and order history, and receive updates on our new releases and special offers."
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is there an exchange rate?
All our transactions are based on US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated using the daily exchange rate on the day your credit card company processed the transaction.

If I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly, but we do our best to accommodate changes to your order. Please email support@zapvora.com with "Urgent Order Change" in the subject line of the email, although we cannot guarantee changes prior to shipment (our warehouse works very fast!) We will certainly try to help you!
Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Yes, of course! However, you should contact us as soon as possible to avoid the order not being changed and the package being shipped. Please check your order details, such as model number and color, before checkout to ensure that your order is correct.
When does my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 7-12 days in Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, and 10-15 days in other countries. Delivery times vary depending on the transport channels in different countries.
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. Orders will only be processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Sunday. Orders placed before 13:00 ET will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 ET will be processed the next business day. On the day your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Domestic and international delivery times depend on the address and shipping method selected.
Will I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped?
